Shipping Policy

When do you ship?

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday.

Where do you ship to?

We ship only domestically within Australia. Orders from outside Australia will not be accepted.

How do you ship?

Most of our orders ship via StarTrack. However we reserve the right to use whichever shipping company we deem appropriate.

Rates to ship?

We charge a flat rate for shipping of $16.50 Australia wide. Shipping costs will be added during the checkout process.

How to track an order that’s been shipped?

If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an automated email from us with your tracking number once the order ships. You can track your order by entering your tracking number on the ‘track orders’ page of our website.

In store pick up option?

Unfortunately we do not accept  in-store pickups. All items will be shipped via our preferred shipping company.

What are the lead times?

We aim to ship orders within 2 working days. However this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances such as order volume and backorders. Larger orders may also take a few extra days to ship out. If you require a faster lead time please email info@australianimaging.com.au prior to placing your order.

What are the shipping times?

StarTrack estimates delivery between 1-3 days depending on your location
